What North & Pine accepts
Return anything unused within 30 days for a full refund of the item price; return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged. If it arrived damaged, send a photo to hello@northandpine.example and we will replace it or refund it in full, your choice. Because glaze is mixed by hand, colour varies slightly between batches — that is not a defect and is not grounds for a damage claim.
